Decarbonisation of buildings and Mitigation of heat in our cities require a full mobilisation and a sincere engagement of the financial sector and authorities. The European Mortgage Federation - European Covered Bond Council is the key European Institution representing mortgage credit and the interest of mortgage lenders and covered bonds stakeholders at the European level. EMF - ECBC is the key talking partner of the European Commission, the European Parlement, the European Central bank, the European System of Financial Supervisors and the Basel Commitee on all questions relating to the European Mortgage credit and covered bond industries I am deeply honoured to present together with EMF- ECBC some insights on the technological and financial tools to decarbonise our Buildings and mitigate overheating in our cities.
